SHIPPING POLICY
For day old chicks, the product "chick shipping" must be purchased for each 25 chicks ordered. For all other items, shipping will be added to the total at checkout. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
For live chicks and hatching eggs we ship Monday-Wed and Saturday to ensure that items arrive in a timely manner and are not held at the post office over the weekend. Live chicks and hatching eggs will be held at the post office for pickup unless the customer requests otherwise.
RETURN POLICY
No returns will be made on live chicks or hatching eggs.
REFUND POLICY
Sky Girl Farm reserves the right to use discretion in issuing refunds. Sky Girl Farm's official policy is that we do not issue refunds for orders unless we are unable to complete an order within the shipping season.
